Hey Everyone Phew this week - I don't know about this week lol. It seemed like Monday and Tuesday flew by and here we are on wed and it is only 12:00 (lunch time ) and it feels like it should be like.. Friday now? I didn't sleep good last night- like one of those awake every few minutes it seemed like kind of nights and then I didn't sleep well when David left for work.. Then I was kind of in and out when my mom called and said she was gonna go coupon at CVS and did I want to go and I was like um... meh no lol. She stopped by on her way back home though, so that was cool. I hadn't saw her since my birthday because she has had a really nasty sinus infection/cold. Last night I found out they are going to do a yardsale for us folks here at the apartment place the same weekend my mom and I were planning to have one at her house ..and even provide tables and what not so my mom said we should try to do one here first and then do one at her house later on so I went and signed up for it … [Read more...]

As you all know I am a huge book lover but hate reviewing them I have never done a book tour before but I thought this might be the way for me to go on that level! As you all may know- I have been on a mission to unclutter my house for a few weeks and have made some great progress- even though it seems that the more I do, the more I have to do! I think at this point the last few things I have to do are: My Closet- finish the right shelf, the pants hanging in the back and the tub of random what not that needs put away -and the bag of pants. on the yardsale cleaning out front
Hi Everyone! Well..I am continuing to make progress on my clean all the stuff for yardsale project. However, it seems like the further I get with it , the more I have to do! Yesterday I got through the cubby hangy things in my closet and in Davids closet- it is all my junk in them, I just keep 2 in Davids closet and 1 in mine. I ended up with a garbage bag of clothes and 3 empty cubby holes wahoo! I also cleaned off the back of the closet door - it was a mangle of purses, bras, coats and more. When all is said and done, I will re-arrange and re-work everything - like after I clean out the rest of the closet and the drawers- believe me it is a great concept if I ever get through lol. I am just literally sick of looking at the same shirts and crap that I never wear lol. I am hoping to get back to it sometime this afternoon..I have developed this method of just carrying a drawer/cubby of clothes into the living room and then I can just still watch tv or whatever and I don't … [Read more...]

Hey Everyone Well.. I don't know WHY exactly but I stayed up this morning after David left for work! I had a tiny headache and had got up to take some advil and then I wanted to write a few things to remember /to do for today on my marker board and next thing I know I am chilling in bed with the fur babes watching tv! Yesterday on Nichole's cleaning journey- the continuing saga right? I managed to clean out my hall closet. The hall closet is actually a linen closet I suppose but I use it to store a few random things and it is mostly DVD's. I actually now have 2 of the shelves in there totally empty! I told David that means I can bring more books from my mom and dads over and he kinda just looked at me lol. I probably won't bring any but it is nice to know if I wanted to I could :) I would have likely grabbed a bag and started pitching clothes-but after David got home I was loosing my mojo and he wanted to go to walmart. allergies, headaches, nauseousness and coming out of hibernation
Hey Everyone Well.. I started a post yesterday and never finished it! Let me just tell you for the last week I have been plagued with an alternating pattern of horrible headaches and Nauseousness.. and I spent most of EARLY Monday morning chucking out my brains in the bathroom :( Thankfully I seem to be doing better than I was because it was getting on my nerves so bad. I figure the headache part has to do with allergies and the fact I am almost out of claritn- which I don't even think is kicking anything for me anymore because I have been taking it for a good while and likely need to switch back to allegra for a while! I was a bit nauseous last night but I just ended up going to bed early and watching tv and I actually did go to sleep way too early and woke up around 1230 and had a horrible time going back to sleep.. but what else would be new there right? As you all probably know - if you have read the blog for any length of time- I have as of yet, only been blessed enough to have fur babies and not human babies- that is why my blog tag line became "ramblings of a southern "mama wannabe" blogger". I have at various points wrote that I am not really sure what the issue is, or that there even is one- I truly believe that it just hasn't happened yet, but with me getting older I think it might be time to get a little more serious about trying to figure out why/doing better with tracking things and all of that. I know that I have took a test that is similar to a pregnancy test a couple of times that tells you if you should be able to get pregnant and it always comes back positive so that is encouraging. Of course, I did have cervical cancer and HPV when David and I first got married but the last time I went to a DR about that everything was more than clear and they said there shouldn't be a problem on my end with getting pregnant.
