*waves* I am taking a minute to write a quick post before I jump into some reviews and such! I also need to take a major sweep through the house as well. Can we just say MONDAY? :) Yesterday was pretty mellow. It was the first day of fall, and I honestly wish we could have taken a day trip to the mountains! Actually, we probably could have done it, but I don't think David was feeling it. The weird thing is he didn't even watch but like one of the football games that was on yesterday! He usually watches all day long! Sunday is supposed to be my new found day of the week to work on the site, but I had actually caught up and gotten ahead a little bit, so there wasn't really anything to work on! That was a little odd! That was the same story for saturday as well, so I actually read a book on my kindle! :) I even took time to call my grandma last night! Oh, What an interesting topic for me to write about! Dear______________ (refuse to even write a name here, because it wouldn't be a nice thing that I could even begin to come up with) It has been several months since everything went to heck and a handbasket, but I never knew then looking ahead, how much of a blessing that it would be! I get more paid posts, I get more review opps, I have more support than I ever had. I get more comments and interaction and have got to connect with people that I haven't got to connect with in years, and even new people!I have my own network of gals who love me and support me in all that I do. I have learned exactly what to not do, and that is to try to be like you on any level! Sure you hurt me more than I like to admit, but it's seriously o.k. now. an uneventful, eventful weekend ahead
Well Howdy There! I finally made it to the point where not only am I caught up (except one review that is due tuesday) that I am actually ahead *celebrate* it has made for a very boring friday lol. I am not used to not having anything online that really has been different for me! Usually I have something pressing! Though I did spend this morning finishing the one review! I was hoping my parents would stop by since they were in town but they had to get back home for another appointment so that didn't happen :( It is all good I just saw my mom Monday but still..I was kinda hoping they would take us out to eat lol. Tomorrow is the Apple Festival in town, but I don't know that I will take the time to walk up there! I really only go to grab an apple ice cream slushie! Well there really isn't a way to come up with a picture for this particular post! I knew there would be some I wouldn't want to do pics of and some that wouldn't be easy or any way to come up with one! Anyways, Autumn-Rain is a really simple story, and it is one that I seemingly have told a million times lately! Review: Card.Com Prepaid Debit Cards
Depending on how long you have known me and/or been reading this blog, you might know of my total HATE for banks! David and I have had a bad history with banks in the past,with various things. The bank we have right now is O.K. but I still as a general rule don't have any use for a bank in my life. If it wasn't for the fact he needs an account to have his check direct deposited, and he won't change to anything else I wouldn't ever have a thing in this world to do with one! Recently Card.Com contacted me about doing a review of their prepaid visa debit cards, and I was instantly intrigued! I had never used a prepaid card personally before, even though I have always considered them to be great ideas, and especially bank alternatives for the most part! Card.Com has an amazing selection of designs that you can choose from, which I haven't really found that you have that option anywhere else! You pretty much just get a standard issue boring card.
