I hate to write,especially when nothing has really changed since the last time I wrote, but...I feel like I should make some similance of a blog post. Nothing has gotten better and it sucks.I feel like my dark hole is just getting deeper and deeper. Saturday we went to my mom's and she cut david's hair and styled mine (and thanks to the rain moving in it's nothing but a puff ball) we went to target and got a few things for us to snack on.. I litterally took the last 10 bucks I had and saved grits-reviews. Since I had to save it, and noone acted like they gave a flying crap about helping me I will NOT be bringing review submissions back. As I mentioned before I am totally NOT feeling spirited this holiday season, but I saw the Holiday Wishlist Meme on Jenn's site...and well I figured I'd put one up...Who Knows maybe you can be a person that helps restore my spirit! I participated in the Holiday Wishlist Meme, and since I made sure to grant a wish last year, and had one of mine granted, I’m going to participate again this year. I hate to say that the christmas spirit has NOT found me. I don't have anything decorated (not even my kitchen table, and I usually put out a nice table cloth) I don't have my cards out, heck I haven't even mailed cards to my online pals yet (they will be later sent than usual, but i'm sending I promise) I hate christmas music for the most part anyways, but even the few cd's that I do like I haven't managed to dig out. I haven't dug out my pink victoria secrets santa hat either (david bought me that in 07 for our first christmas)I usually start wearing it in november! It seems like the older I get the less I care for the holidays. David doesn't care for them at all period, and I think it's rubbing off on me. Sam decided to try to dig me out of the bed around 9 something this morning. Apparently we went to bed too early, and he was bored or something! I wasn't too amused because I was actually sleeping really good! Usually I don't even get back to sleep before 8..but anyways.. I am honestly trying to keep my mind off the money situation. I added a paypal donate button at the bottom of the sidebar and if you feel compelled to throw your humble nichole a few bucks, that would be awesome. I promise to use it for bills/food and not just random bs. Today i'm trying to straighten up in the house more than be online, because of course david is off fri/sat/sun and well I don't seem to get anything done in the house on those days.... I am in a major tizzy at this moment. nothing will make me want to lay in the bed more than to find out the news I just found out from David. I texted him earlier to tell him he got some mail from the unemployment people (ie, his check from last week) well come to find out, he not only didn't get paid for the time he was off because well, he was off, and supposed to get paid from unemployment..well he doesn't get to keep that money either! They keep telling him he didn't get paid the last time he started the unemployment and i'm here to tell you they are full of so much shit I think they should choke. There has never been any point where david didn't either get paid from his job or unemployment...because let me put it bluntly we wouldn't have made it through. Like right now? we have rent, both our insurances and the power bill due. We clearly are in a pickle and I have NO IDEA how we are gonna be able to make it.
