Hey Everyone This is a quick little update- It is like 10:40 at night, and I told David I was gonna try to come to bed by 11ish- which probably means 11:15 when it comes to me lol. Anyways, this weekend sure has flew by! David had to work half a day yesterday morning, so it sucked with the whole 4 a/m thing -I honestly got up right after he left and started a load of clothes and a load of dishes in the dishwasher!  I didn't sleep so great when he left of course- but the weird thing is I didn't feel too awful bad, which never happens ! WE went to eat burgers when he got off work and the napped the day away :) Today I woke up with a god awful headache that was bordering on a migraine- I was out smoking a CBD berry blossom pre-roll about 930 this morning- it was dreary and cool out- but that thing knocked a big bit of the pain out so that was a good thing. Hey Everyone I did write up a pretty lengthy post yesterday about my and David's COVID adventure that we have been having the last almost 2 weeks! The only reason I'm struggling to hit "publish" is because I actually brought up about how his check is going to be short - and that is something I try to NEVER write about here , because the last time I did that - it was that his check was going to be late for a holiday and I got TROLLED LIKE MAD. That is why there is not a comment option on this site OR on my facebook page- I think on facebook basically every word known to man is blocked from being able to be posted or something like that because I seriously just don't have the energy to deal with that kind of BS. I don't know if I have mentioned lately about how excited I am for fall! Usually, here in the south(at least where I am) we don't get a lot of fall kind of weather. Usually it seems like a day or 2 and that is IT and it is barely even noticeable to tell the truth!  This year, we have had several fall days though- I think it must be a reward for going through this seemingly awful year (it is our reward for enduring COVID if you will!) I was just thinking about my dad though, and I wonder if he will be doing any sort of hunting this year! I know that typically he goes up to Virginia to hunt and he does all kinds of hunting including both using guns and bow and arrows. I am pretty sure that he has things like a crossbow cocking device I know one year he was off work hunting when I was in college (local community college, we are talking back when I was with JJ ha ha) and I had this god awful kidney infection and he actually went and bought me some cranberry juice and it was super cute … [Read more...]

Today is a busy day in my world! I am trying to get a few things caught up online and offline! Today is one of the first days in forever that I have actually felt sort of kind of good- I would be better but I stayed up a little too late last night. I know that we went to the salt spa yesterday and I can def. tell that it helped me! I like to go when they have the $15 days (Regular price is $35 each) We have been 3 times , and it is so super relaxing and it has SO many benefits that there is no way that I could name them all! I know that it helps my acne a ton, and then I had a headache (sinus) since FOREVER and it knocked that out as well. It is also super relaxing! I wish we could get a monthly pass because it also includes infrared- it is on my wish list for sure! It is sort of weird to go somewhere and NOT have your phone for an extended period of time, you know what I mean?  It doesn't bother me at all. Hey Everyone Well, I am super excited because we got some SUPER awesome news late last night when I was working on some blog posts- I know I am being vague, but I will try to cover it later on when I get a few things done on here, and in the house too- I have to send David out to get some seasoning for the pot roast I am going to make for dinner here in a little bit as well! I am hoping that this spurt of good news will be the end of our little run of bad luck My mom and Dad were going to go out of town this weekend, but because they got exposed to COVID they won't be getting to go - We aren't exposed because David had been out of work for a week, and even when we saw my mom and dad they hadn't been exposed at that point so we have kind of gotten lucky. You Know what I am missing more than ever? B O O N E Appalachian State The good ole days ,if you will! I think it is honestly this time of the year  - I mean this would have been like the back to school sort of time- oh and the fall .. and we all know - obviously- how I feel about fall (if you don't know- well now, come on- my site has AUTUMN in its name you know? ) I don't know if anyone knows exactly WHY I came back home from Appalachian and never finished my teaching degree so let me give you a condensed version of what happened,just because I can! My mom has had a lot of problems with her feet over the years- due to always being ON HER FEET as being a hair stylist and all that sort of thing ... she has had a few surgeries and such, and she has custom orthotics and everything.
