Hey Everyone Well if I had the thought that I was delusional yesterday well.. meet today, and the rest of the week too apparently! David has to get up at 4:30 this week for work- and with the time change. HALP. Oh and lord knows I can't go to bed before 11 so.. yeah .. I don't even know what way is up! Oh and I was trying to get David to take a pic of me in a dress I got for review and .. I couldn't find any of my memory cards! I think i figured out where they are but I haven't looked yet (I have a pocket on my camera strap and forgot to check there) If they aren't there I will likely throw a fit! I would have LOVED to sleep some more this morning but it was a moot point and then I am expecting some packages so.. yeah MOOT POINT! It isn't even 9 a/m but I am STARVING and am about to go put some fries in the oven! we ended up eating out last night so I didn't make my "fried" rice in my pressure cooker so I guess we will have that tonight. Review: Blender Boyz Smoothie & Cappuccino Mixes #ad #sponsored #review #blenderboyz
Most of you know ever since I got my Nutri Ninja I have been making smoothies right, left , sideways and upside down - but so far basically the same smoothie because I tend to find one thing that works and stick with it! I do plan evolve especially with it being spring and with all the seasonal fruits and whatnot- plus I have every intention of making some slushies and such too! So when I had the chance to review for Blender Boyz I was pretty interested. Not only do they have smoothie mixes where all you have to do is add the milk and ice- they also have cappuccino mixes- and I didn't get any of the ones for mixed drinks (but perhaps in the future!) they have those as well. I was really happy to give them a try! I was excited not only for the various flavors -3 in each line, but the ease of use as well! Kitchen Organization: Or just ramblings about my kitchens past & present!
I am writing along with the sits girls writing prompts to help give me some writing inspiration. Oh and I totally went off topic on the organization aspect and just talked about my kitchens past and present but.. that just the way this rambling gal is! :) I have pretty well in general always had a pretty small kitchen! When I first lived in Boone at Appalachian state I shared a kitchen with 2-3 other girls at a time. We also had a small laundry room off of the kitchen and we had a shelf in there where each one of us got our own to stock with snacks..then we each got a cabinet in the bottom part in the kitchen as well .. Dishes were generally mixed. In case you didn't know by now- I have 2 fur babies with various personalities- they are polar opposites actually! Sam is my orange cat which we refer to as evil in a orange fur coat, and Marley is my angel, princess baby (she actually had an id tag at one point that had that written on it!) I love them to pieces and even though they are so opposite they do have one thing in common- they both have stinky breath! Now, Sam he doesn't eat any people food and he isn't going to let you brush his teeth- heck he isn't even really into letting ME hold him- and we are pretty sure i'm the only one he really likes lol. Marley on the other hand I think if we really tried she would let us brush her teeth- though we never really tried we have tried several things to help with her breath- bones, various treats, etc but nothing really has seemed to help. Blogging at this time of year brought to you by heat, time changes and a disillusional insomniac
Hey Everyone Well the time changed so now I will be the warm weathered, early morning, delusional insomniac blogger that appears in the spring and goes into the fall :) Seriously I have ideas bouncing in my head right left and sideways- things I want to update- I wouldn't mind a new layout (not graphics- just the general look of things) and I would love to do some page updates and media kit and on and on. Oh and maybe work on Southern Belle and Vintage Soap? Ha ha we'll see I guess. I really am hoping to do some pre-writes and schedule some things that way I can be free to do other things- I Just don't want to schedule too far ahead because I end up getting bored most of the time when I do that. This week I would be happy if I can finish 3 reviews , and I would like to start an organization series where I tackle a room and take pics of my organization/cleaning progress so we'll see how that goes. Hot Already & Need some Spruce :)
Hey Everyone! I can't believe that it is already THIS HOT outside. Yesterday was so warm I broke down late yesterday afternoon and did a quick leg shave so I could wear some capris! Today it is supposed to be 80! It was about 65 at around 6 or soo..yeah. Then I woke up at 4 a.m and haven't been back to sleep and it is 8 already! David had came home to take one of his BP pills about 7 something and I had been cuddled up with Marley and Sam watching tv and playing on the tablet anyways! I am a bit frustrated about making dinner today because I don't have ANY ideas really. I probably have a few things randomly that I could make but we need a major stock up trip to the grocery store and I know David has been paying up a lot of things and I need to make sure he left enough for me for store money and make sure the car gets paid (they never set it up where we can pay it online so it is a bit frustrating to have to call in- we did have it sat up on auto pay but when we switched … [Read more...]
