A couple of years back we bought a Keurig for Christmas, and my mom has gotten us a ton of k-cups over the years as well! We decided after I went to bloggy bootcamp to upgrade to one of the ones that has brew over ice capabilities. We were just so impressed with the flavors that were available! There are iced coffee, various teas, and even Snapple options to name a few! I actually uses the make your own K-cup a lot and do regular iced tea! I don't really know who was more excited, David or myself. I think maybe me, because I stay so HOT since it's the south in the summer and I am always trying to drink more tea/juices instead of soda! I know that right now as write this post it is 106 and the sun isn't even hardly out! I also have enjoyed how simple it is to make an individual cup of an over ice beverage! It is basically a 3 step process, so easy that a child, or even a Nichole can do it! 1.fill a 16 oz cup to the top with ice (you can actually use a smaller one, but 16 … [Read more...]
Review: The Mommys Sippy Cup
Sometimes there is an item that totally screams at you, telling you that you MUST have it. If you are a woman, I am sure you know exactly what I am talking about! Something that is SO VERY you! Something you just have to have! A while back on pinterest I saw something called the Mommy Sippy cup and I didn't cick the link or anything I just thought ha ha that is so cool, repinned it and moved on. Imagine my surprise when I was conversing with a friend and she told me she had gotten one to review! I was totally excited, and I decided to pitch and see if they wanted to work with me as well. I mean you all know how I am all about Wine and Wine goodies..and if you know me very well on facebook you probably have heard me say more than once I am drinking wine out of a sippy cup. I do it because I just like to be cute and say "Hey, I am drinking wine out of a sippy". You all know how I like to be precious and childlike and all that good stuff! I also do it because generally I drink … [Read more...]
Review:Scanimalz
The Item Below, Was sent to me for free in exchange for my honest opinion! All ideas thoughts and opinions below are honest and my own! Your Results May Vary! I have to admit, kids today really have awesome options when it comes to toys. I also am a child at heart, so when I got the chance to receive a Scanimalz to review, I was like "Sure". I mean, hey I sleep with a stuffed wolf for goodness sakes :) (Don’t tell anyone lol.) What is a Scanimalz you ask? Well, they are these cute little plush animals that have QR codes on their bellies! I like the idea of having a material item, as well being able to use it with technology at the same time. There are 30 to choose from, and they appeal to both boys and girls. Even better? They aren't outrageously expensive either, priced at just under $10! They are available in specialty toy shops and are set to be available at Toys "R" Us as well. I received a limited edition scanimalz it is a purple/green stuffed bear! Even though in my … [Read more...]
[Review]conscious box
I really like the idea of subscription boxes. I like the thrill of getting packages, and I like the element of the surprise of what is going to be inside of it! So when I was asked to review one in exchange for my honest opinion from conscious box, I was more than happy to say “sure”. I had been a subscriber of a box last year that I really enjoyed getting but they were very sporadic about sending them (supposed to be monthly, but more like every 2 months) Then, they totally switched everything up and made it be like a lottery so that more people could experience them, so that totally threw me off. I have been looking into a replacement option for quite some time but hadn’t really came up with anything. However, I might have found what I was looking for with this box. So what is conscious box exactly? It is a subscription box service of goodies that are natural, pure and healthy and come from ethical companies. Normally, that wouldn’t sound like my cup of tea, I’ll be the first to … [Read more...]
[Review] Uncommon Goods Hattie Bag
Recently I was contacted by UncommonGoods about doing a review of an item on their site in exchange for my opinion. In case you haven’t ever been UncommonGoods.com, it is definitely a site to check out! They have such a variety of unique items to choose from, it was really hard to narrow it down to pick something for review. They not only have such a variety of items, they have items for everyone that you could possibly be looking to buy something for including gifts formen which can be found here (I know for some reason another it seems to me that men are the hardest people to buy a gift for). So how did I pick something to renew on a site with so many options? Well, after much deliberation I decided to let one of my true loves guide my way: Most women have a shoe fetish, but in my world you just substitute that for Purses & Handbags! I have tubs and tubs and boxes of purses in my closet…it is really an obsession. I have been like this since I was like 2 years old. I don’t … [Read more...]

One place we probably won’t ever make it to is the beach! I don’t know why, but we just seem to flock to the mountains! I don’t think I have been to the beach myself since 9th grade (and yes that was a long time ago! Like 14 years!) However, I do think the beach is pretty and I do miss going. So when I got the chance to review something personalized that had to do with the beach I was pretty excited! I got a chance to review for Natures Notebook by Courtney Noelle!
